We make it effortless. Here's exactly what to expect when you book Santa Squad, six simple steps, and you never touch a ladder or untangle a strand.
We talk through your vision — roofline, bushes, trees, garage doors, windows, color, pattern. Everything is on the table. No two installs are the same, and this is where yours takes shape.
Within 24 hours you'll receive a detailed quote and a visual mockup of your home so you can see exactly what it will look like before committing. We may request a photo if your home is in a newer neighborhood.
A 50% deposit locks in your place on the schedule. Spots fill fast — especially in October — so we recommend booking early to guarantee your install date.
Our crew arrives on your scheduled date, installs everything precisely to your approved design, and programs your digital timer. Your lights turn on and off automatically all season long.
Sit back and enjoy. If anything needs attention at any point during the season, we come out at no charge. That's part of the deal — always.
Takedowns begin January 3rd (weather permitting) and are completed by the end of January. We remove everything, pack it up, and store it until next season. You don't lift a finger.
