Santa Squad, LLC collects only the information needed to quote, install, service and bill your lighting, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, and installation address.
• Service details: what you'd like lit, your house type, photos or notes you share, preferred installation week, and your quote.
• Payment details: your payment method choice and payment history. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; Santa Squad never sees or stores your full card number.
• Website basics: like most websites, ours may collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote, schedule and perform installation, service calls and takedown.
• To send invoices, receipts and payment reminders.
• To contact you by phone, text or email about your service, and before each season about renewal.
• To improve our service. We may send occasional seasonal offers; you can opt out anytime.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:

• Stripe: payment processing and invoices.
• Jotform: our quote and sign-up forms.
• Google Workspace: email and customer records.
• Quo: business phone and text messages.
• Our install crew: your name, address and job details, to do the work.

We may also share information if required by law. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Text messages

We text you only about your quote, scheduling, service and billing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your phone number and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records while you are a customer and for as long as needed for taxes, accounting and our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we are required to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of texts and marketing emails, by contacting us below.

Children

Our services are for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. See also our Terms of Service.
